RNI Creations is a premium handcrafted product brand based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. We manufacture smart personalized vehicle key boxes — each unit built to order, unique to the customer who commissions it.

Every RNI unit is made exclusively for you. Production begins only after order confirmation and advance payment.

A non-refundable advance of 70% of the total order value is required to confirm your order. The remaining 30% is collected before dispatch.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (India) and PayPal (international orders). RNI Creations does not store any card or banking details.

Your order is confirmed only after payment is verified by our payment gateway. Frontend confirmations alone do not constitute an order.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, production commences and the 70% advance is non-refundable.

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch under any circumstances. To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@rnicreations.com or via WhatsApp within the 24-hour window.

Standard delivery timeline is 15 to 21 working days from order confirmation. Each unit is handcrafted — timelines may vary for complex customizations or fleet commissions.

Delivery is available across India and internationally for NRI Special orders. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at checkout. RNI is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or customs clearance for international shipments.

Every RNI unit carries a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in electronics and physical components.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, unauthorised modification, or physical impact. To initiate a warranty claim, contact hello@rnicreations.com with your order ID and a description of the issue.

All product designs, renders, photographs, and brand assets belong exclusively to RNI Creations. Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any RNI product design or imagery without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. We encourage customers to reach out directly before any formal proceedings — most concerns are resolved within 48 hours.
