To build and deliver your personalized unit, we collect the following information:

• Your full name, mobile number, email address, and delivery address.
• Your vehicle's make, model, color, and a photo of your actual vehicle.
• Voice recordings of family members for your custom audio greeting and farewell.
• Your preferred LED color settings and box design selections.

Every piece of information collected serves one purpose — to build your unit accurately and deliver it to you. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond fulfilling your order.

Voice recordings are stored in encrypted cloud storage, used solely for programming your specific unit, and are never shared with any third party. You may request deletion of your recordings after delivery by writing to us.

Vehicle photos and registration details are used only for 3D modelling and miniature replication. They are not published, shared, or retained beyond production.

RNI Creations does not store, process, or have access to your card or banking information. All transactions are handled by Razorpay (India) and PayPal (international), both of which maintain their own security and compliance standards.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, write to us at hello@rnicreations.com. All requests are processed within 30 days.
